The bidder is also required to provide a statement of compliance and information on their bid capacity, including existing commitments and ongoing works, availability of key items of contractors' equipment, and qualifications and experience of key personnel. Financial reports for the last five years, including balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and auditors' reports, are also required.
