The required prior work experience for the bidder includes having experience as a prime contractor or nominated sub-contractor in the last five years, with the sub-contract involving the execution of all main items of work described in the bid document. The bidder should have completed similar works, including Cement Concrete, Masonry, Earth Works, and Bituminous Work. The value and percentage of similar works completed are: - At least 40% of the value of the proposed contract - At least 90% completion of substantially completed works. The bidder should provide information on the quantities of work executed, including the year, name of the work, name of the employer, quantity of work performed, and remarks indicating the contract reference. The bidder should also provide certificates from the Engineer(s)-in-charge to support the information provided. Additionally, the bidder should have a minimum annual financial turnover of the annual value of the contract applied for in any one year over the last five years. The bidder should also have experience in successfully completing or substantially completing at least one contract of highway (road and/or bridge works) or airport runway of at least 40 percent of the value of the proposed contract within the last five years. The amount of liquid assets or credit facilities required is up to 25% of the value of the contract. The bidder should demonstrate satisfactory performance of contracts, with a minimum suggested requirement for the lead partner to meet 50 percent of the criteria, and other joint venture partners to have experience not less than 30 percent of the qualifying criteria.
