The required prior work experience for the bidder includes having experience in works of a similar nature, with specific details to be provided in the bid. The bidder should list the quantity of work performed in various categories for the last five years. The value and percentage of similar works completed are mentioned as follows: - The bidder should have completed similar works worth at least 40% of the estimated amount of the current project. - The substantially completed works should be at least 90% completed, with the gross value of work done up to the last date of submission being 90% or more of the original contract price. - The lead partner in a joint venture should meet not less than 50 percent of all criteria, and the joint venture must collectively satisfy the criteria. The experience of other joint venture partners shall be considered if it is not less than 30 percent of the qualifying criteria. - The bidder's prior work experience is considered based on the value of work executed in any one year during the last five years. - The bidder should have achieved a minimum annual financial turnover in any one year, over the last five years, of the annual value of the contract applied for. - The bidder should have experience in successfully completing or substantially completing at least one contract of highway (road and/or bridge works) or airport runway of at least 40 percent of the value of the proposed contract within the last five years.
