The total value of civil engineering constructions work performed in the last five years should be mentioned by the bidder.
For joint ventures, the lead partner must meet not less than 50 percent of all criteria, and the joint venture must collectively satisfy the criteria. The experience of other joint venture partners shall be considered if it is not less than 30 percent of the qualifying criteria.
The bidder should have a minimum annual financial turnover of the annual value of the contract applied for in any one year over the last five years. The bidder should also have experience in successfully completing or substantially completing at least one contract of highway (road and/or bridge works) or airport runway of at least 40 percent of the value of the proposed contract within the last five years. Substantially completed works mean those works which are at least 90% completed.
