Within 15 days of the issue of the work order, the contractor will have to furnish details of the engineers engaged for the contract work, including name, qualifications, copy of marks sheet, color photograph, and appointment order. If the designated site engineers do not resume or do not remain present on the site of work within 15 days after the issue of the work order, recovery at the rate of Rs.15,000-00 per month per engineer will be made from the bills/deposit/dues of the contractor.
