The bidder should have experience in successfully completing or substantially completing at least one contract of highway (road and/or bridge works) of at least 40 percent of the value of the proposed contract within the last five years. The value of similar works completed should be at least 40 percent of the value of the proposed contract, and the percentage of completion should be at least 90 percent. Substantially completed works means those works which are at least 90 % completed. Additionally, the bidder should have achieved a minimum annual financial turnover in any one year, over the last five years of the annual value of contract/contracts applied for. The bidder should also have experience of execution of all major items of works under the proposed contract. The required prior work experience includes having completed or substantially completed works with a value of at least 40% of the proposed contract value, and a completion percentage of at least 90%. The amount is 40% of the proposed contract value, and the percentage is 90%.
