The Dpwh – Ilocos Norte First District Engineering Office, Through The Gaa 2025 Intends To Apply The Sum Of Php 4,899,921.92 Being The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) To Payments Under The Contract For 25aa0336 Convergence And Special Support Program - Sustainable Infrastructure Projects Alleviating Gaps (sipag) - Access Roads And/or Bridges From The National Road/s Leading To Major/strategic Public Buildings/facilities - Construction Of Road, Sitio Sagpat, Barangay Dipilat To Sitio Dimamaga, Barangay Tamdagan, Vintar, Ilocos Norte. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The Dpwh – Ilocos Norte First District Engineering Office Now Invites Bids For The Above Procurement Project. Completion Of The Works Is Required 71 Calendar Days. Bidders Should Have Completed A Contract Similar To The Project. The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents, Particularly, In Section Ii (instructions To Bidders). 3. Prospective Bidders Should Be (1) Registered With And Classified By The Philippine Contractors Accreditation Board (pcab) With Pcab License Size Range Of Small B, License Category Of C&d, ≤15m; Allowable Range Of Contract Cost Up To Php 30m.
