The Last Day Of Submission As Well As The Opening Of Bids Will Be On November 13, 2024 At 2:00pm. All Bids Must Be Submitted Before The Prescribed Time. All Queries Regarding The Project Should Be Addressed To The Bac In The Abovementioned Email Address. Bid Documents Will Be Available Online But Only Those Who Paid The Non-refundable Amount Of Php 10,000.00 Bid Documents Fee At The Rtu Cashier Can Join The Bidding. Rtu Reserves The Right To Accept Or Reject Any Bid, To Declare The Bidding A Failure, Not To Award The Contract, To Annul The Bidding Process And To Reject All Bids Prior To Contract Award Without Thereby Incurring Any Liability To The Affected Bidders.
