The bidder should have regularly, for at least the last five years, successfully manufactured and supplied the product, which is DESIGN, SUPPLY, INSTALLATION & COMMISSIONING OF INTEGRATED PAPIS & CCTV CAMERAS FOR BANGLADESH COACHES for Rolling stock with same or higher specification. The bidder must have a minimum of 1 Purchase Order along with proof of supply in the specified period, irrespective of quantity. Additionally, the bidder should have manufactured and designed, supplied, installed, and commissioned integrated PAPIS and CCTV cameras for at least 78 sets/coaches in at least one of the last five years. There is no specific information on the percentage of similar works completed. However, for existing successful past suppliers, the bidder who is a successful past supplier of the product in at least one of the recent past three procurements would also be considered qualified. The average annual financial turnover of the bidder during the last three years should be at least Rs 10.96 Cr (or equivalent in foreign currency). The net worth of the bidder should not be negative and should not have eroded by more than 30% in the last three years.
