In the North Jutland Region, registration in operating rooms and intensive care units is currently done manually on paper. Data is read from equipment and noted on forms in anesthesia, intensive care and recovery departments. The manual registration of values and events and medication in paper forms is a time-consuming task that also requires manual double registration. The North Jutland Region therefore wants to acquire a digital IT solution for the anesthesia, recovery and intensive care area that can be configured in close conjunction with Nordepj and the workflows that are currently handled in Nordepj. The starting point is that the workflows that are currently carried out in Nordepj will continue in Nordepj, while the workflows that are currently only supported by paper-based registration will be replaced by a new, common standard system for all anesthesia, recovery and intensive care units in the region. The expected number of beds for the initial implementation of the solution is stated in Appendix 1, Table 1 of the supply contract. In addition to implementation, licenses and training, the supplier must provide application operation, maintenance and support of the solution from the first use, as well as training during or after implementation. The implementation of the solution in the North Jutland Region departments is carried out according to the time spent, except for the implementation of the solution for all beds in intensive care at Aalborg UH (Aalborg South and Aalborg North departments). The tendered contract also opens the possibility of customer-financed further development of the solution in addition to what is included in the ongoing remuneration for the supplier's maintenance of the solution.
