The required prior work experience for the bidder includes: - A minimum financial turnover of at least the amount equal to the estimated cost of works, - Satisfactory completion of at least one similar work equal in value to one-third of the estimated cost of work, - Availability of technical personnel with minimum experience requirements, - Completion of works of a similar nature and size for each of the last five years, - Proposal for subcontracting the components of the works for construction/up gradation aggregating not more than 25% of the contract price. The values and percentages mentioned include: - One-third of the estimated cost of work for similar works completed, - 25% subcontracting limit, - 10% access to line(s) of credit. Additionally, the bidder should have experience in civil engineering works, with a maximum value of civil engineering works executed in any one year during the last five years. The bidder should provide information on the quantities of work executed as a prime contractor in the last five years, including earthworks, granular sub-base and base, and plant mix paver laid bituminous work. For technical personnel, the bidder must demonstrate availability for construction work of technical personnel, including: - A degree holder in Civil Engineering with a minimum of 2 years of experience, - A diploma holder in Civil Engineering with a minimum of 2 years of experience, but for contract values above Rs. 2 Crore, they should have a minimum of 4 years of experience. The bidder should also provide the total annual volume of civil engineering construction work executed and payments received in the last five years preceding the year in which bids are invited, with a certificate from a Chartered Accountant, in Rs.
