D.,,detailed Engineering, Procurement, Inspection & Testing, Construction Of Access Roads. E.,,detailed Engineering, Procurement, Inspection & Testing, Construction Of Fencing And Gates. The Site Is Open Low-lying Land, Located Within Messaid Industrial Complex On The South Of The Existing Qatarenergy Tank Farm And Refinery, And North Of The Existing Station-s In Mesaieed, Qatar. The Shoreline Is Approximately 2 Kilometres Southeast Of The Construction Site. The Proposed Ngl-5 Plant Platform Is Approximately 800,000 M2 Area.
