1,,contractor Shall Provide Dedicated Casing And Tubing Handling Equipment/tools, Personnel, Supervision, Testing, Inspections, Maintenance, Repairs, Redress, Transportation, And Each And Every Item Of Expense Necessary For Performing Casing And Tubing Handling Equipment And Services For Qatarenergy's Offshore And Onshore Rigs, On Call-off Basis. 2,,the Range Of Services Are As Listed Below And Shall Include But Not Limited To The Following: 2.1,,provision Of Casing / Tubing Handling Equipment And Services; 2.2,,provision Of Specialist Contractor Personnel, Skilled And Unskilled Labors, Contractor Items Including All Tools And Equipment; 2.3,,provision Of Transportation, Storage And Safe Handling Facilities For The Materials To Be Supplied By Contractor; And 2.4,,transportation Of Contractor Items Including All Tools And Equipment To And From Ras Laffan Jetty For Offshore Operations, Dukhan Base For Onshore Operations, Or Any Other Onshore Locations In Qatar. 2.5,,providing Operational Report Upon Completion Of Each Release Order. 3,,contract Duration For The Services Shall Be Sixty Three (63) Months From The Effective Date Including Three (3) Months For Initial Mobilization And Inspection.
