The required prior work experience for the bidder includes technical experience and financial qualifying criteria. Technical experience requirements are: - Erection experience of at least one 220 KV voltage or above voltage class AIS/H-GIS substation with a scope of work that includes at least 3no. of 220 KV voltage or above voltage level bays. - Manufacturing experience of designing, manufacturing, testing, and supplying 220 KV voltage or above voltage class Transformer of at least one (01) no. 100MVA capacity during the last seven (7) years. The bidder should have executed work on a turnkey basis, including civil works, supply of equipment, erection, testing, and commissioning. For substation experience, the bidder should have: - Executed at least a certain number of 220 KV or higher Line Bay, Transformer Bay, Bus Coupler Bay erected, tested, and commissioned in the last 5 years. - Erected, tested, and commissioned at least a certain number of 220 KV or higher voltage Substation in the last 5 years. - A certain number of years of successful operation of the above-referred 220 KV or higher Line Bay, Transformer Bay, Bus Coupler Bay, and Substation. For transmission line experience, the bidder should have: - Executed a transmission line contract with a certain route length, tower locations, and voltage level. - Strung the transmission line with tension stringing equipment. The bidder should also have a certain level of manufacturing experience and capacity, including the average quantity of lattice steel structures manufactured per financial year, during the last three financial years.
