The bidder should have satisfactorily completed similar works in the last five years, with specific values and percentages mentioned as follows: - not less than 80% of the estimated cost of work for one similar work, - not less than 50% of the estimated cost of work for two similar works, or - not less than 40% of the estimated cost of work for three similar works. Additionally, for works above a certain value (Rs. 5.00 Crores), the bidder is required to submit a list of similar works completed during previous years, including details such as the name of the work, estimated cost, date of start, and date of completion. The bidder is also required to provide information on their experience, including years of experience in their own country and other countries, and details of similar works completed, including the value and percentage of such works. Furthermore, the bidder should state the number of years their organization has been in business under its present name, specifically in similar works. A specific percentage is mentioned where the Applicant proposes to use named Sub-Contractor(s) for critical components of the works, or for work contents in excess of 10 percent of the value of the whole works, additional information should be supplied for the Sub-Contractor(s). The bidder needs to provide evidence of access to lines of credit and availability of other financial resources facilities, which is 10% of the contract value, certified by the bankers. The bidder should also have a valid enlistment and provide an undertaking that they will be able to invest a minimum cash amount of up to 25% of the contract value of the work during implementation.
