The required prior work experience for the bidder includes having completed similar works with specific values and percentages. The bidder should have completed: - one similar work of value not less than 80% of the estimated cost of work, - or two similar works each of value not less than 50% of the estimated cost of work, - or three similar works each of value not less than 40% of the estimated cost of work. Additionally, for works above Rs. 5.00 Crores, the bidder should provide a list of similar works completed during previous years, duly supported with performance certificates from the authority for whom the work has been completed. The information should include the name of the work, estimated cost, date of start, and date of completion. The bidder should also have achieved a minimum annual financial turnover of 40% of the estimated cost of work in any one of the last three financial years. Furthermore, the key personnel required for the project should have the following experience: 1. Project/Work Manager: BE (Civil) with at least 2 years of experience. 2. Site Engineer: BE (Civil) or BE (Elect.) or Diploma (Civil/Elect.) with at least 2 years of experience. 3. Quality Control Engineer: B.E. (Civil) or Dip. (Civil) with at least 2 years of experience.
