The bidder should have satisfactorily completed one similar work of value not less than 80% of the estimated cost, or two similar works each of value not less than 60% of the estimated cost of work, or three similar works each of value not less than 40% of the estimated cost of work. This work experience should have been completed in the last five years as a prime contractor or as a nominated subcontractor. The information about similar works should include name of work, estimated cost, date of start, and date of completion, and should be supported with a performance certificate from the authority for whom the job has been completed. Additionally, the bidder should have achieved a minimum annual financial turnover (in similar works) equal to 40% of the estimated cost of work in any one of the last five financial years. The bidder should provide a list of similar works completed during previous years, duly supported with performance certificates from the authority for whom the work has been completed. The values of works/Financial Turnover may be enhanced at a simple rate of 8% per annum. The bidder should have completed the similar works as a prime contractor or as a nominated sub-contractor. The similar works should have been completed during the previous 5 years. The required prior work experience for the bidder includes: - One similar work of value not less than 80% of the estimated cost - Two similar works each of value not less than 60% of the estimated cost of work - Three similar works each of value not less than 40% of the estimated cost of work - Minimum annual financial turnover (in similar works) equal to 40% of the estimated cost of work in any one of the last five financial years.
