The bidder should have satisfactorily completed similar works during the previous 5 years, as a prime contractor or as a nominated sub-contractor. The required prior work experience includes: * One similar work of value not less than 80% of the estimated cost * Two similar works each of value not less than 60% of the estimated cost of work * Three similar works each of value not less than 40% of the estimated cost of work Additionally, the bidder should have achieved a minimum annual financial turnover (in similar works) equal to 40% of the estimated cost of work in any one of the last three financial years. The bidder should provide information on work performed as a prime contractor, including project name, name of the employer, description of work, contract number, value of contract, date of issue of work order, stipulated period of completion, actual date of completion, and remarks explaining reasons for delay and work completed. The bidder should also provide quantities of work executed as a prime contractor, including cement concrete (including RCC&PCC), masonry, and E/works (with contract reference). The values of works may be enhanced at a simple rate of 8% per annum.
