The required prior work experience for the bidder includes: - One similar work of value not less than 80% of the estimated cost (i.e., Rs. 259.14 Lakh, which is 80% of Rs. 323.93 Lakh) - Two similar works each of value not less than 60% of the estimated cost of work (i.e., Rs. 194.36 Lakh each, which is 60% of Rs. 323.93 Lakh) - Three similar works each of value not less than 40% of the estimated cost of work (i.e., Rs. 129.57 Lakh each, which is 40% of Rs. 323.93 Lakh) This experience should be as a prime contractor or as a nominated sub-contractor, where the subcontract involved execution of all main items of work, within the last five years. The values of works may be enhanced at a simple rate of 8% per annum. Additionally, the bidder should have achieved a minimum annual financial turnover (in similar works) equal to 40% of the estimated cost of work in any one of the last three years.
