The required prior work experience for the bidder includes having executed a minimum quantity of work in the last three years, with specific quantities mentioned for different items such as GSB (264 Cum), Grade I & II (610 Cum), MPM (4962 Cum), and OGPC (4962 Cum). The bidder should have completed a work similar to the one being tendered, with an estimated cost of Rs. 2,71,90,931/-. The bidder should have achieved a minimum annual financial turnover of Rs.203.93 244.72 Lakh in any one year, which is 75% of the yearly estimated cost put to tender. The bidder should have experience in works with a similar time limit for completion, which is 06 (Six) to 10 (ten) months from the date of work order. The required prior work experience for the bidder also includes completing similar works in the last five years, with the maximum value of civil engineering works in any one year during this period being considered. The bidder should provide details of the work done, including the amount put to tender, agreement number, date of commencement of work, and amount of work done during each of the last five years. The percentage of similar works completed is mentioned as follows: - For three-stage bidding system: 40% of the estimated cost - For two-stage bidding system: 50% of the estimated cost - For single-stage bidding system: 80% of the estimated cost. Additionally, the bidder should have executed at least the minimum quantity of work specified, and provide a statement showing the work done in all classes of civil engineering construction works during the last five years, including the amount of work done and the amount still remaining to be executed.
