Description: Public tender VOB/A carpentry work (fittings and cladding) as part of the new construction of a 3.5-stream primary school and a single-field sports hall in 61118 Bad Vilbel General building description: The district committee of the Wetterau district is planning to build the new 3.5-stream "new Bad Vilbel primary school" with a school building and a single-field sports hall on the property at "Fraunhofer Strasse 19 / Johannes-Gutenberg-Strasse 15". The construction project is divided into the sub-areas of the school building and the single-field sports hall. The two building sections (sub-projects) are each planned to be free-standing, but are connected underground via a non-accessible media tunnel. The sports hall is supplied with energy via the school building. The four-storey school building (2nd floor, 1st floor, ground floor, basement) and the partially two-storey sports hall are planned as solid constructions mainly in reinforced concrete, the basement of the school and the floor slab of the sports hall as a Wu construction. The roofs will be designed as flat pitched roofs with extensive greening and a full-surface PV system. In the area of the future schoolyard, the construction of a geothermal system with underlying subgrade drainage is planned. The rest of the schoolyard area will have an area equipped with various play equipment, an outdoor classroom and a small playing field.
