Services concession: call for projects to develop the companion of citizens committed to the ecological transition of their neighborhood Faced with the major challenges facing cities by 2050 (trajectory towards carbon neutrality, integration of biodiversity into the city, adaptation to climate change, improvement of the quality of life and consideration of the health of citizens), the solido launches a call for projects intended to generate innovative initiatives in order to imagine and design a global and integrating solution, capable of making inhabitants and city dwellers committed actors in the environmental transition. the ambition of this solution would be to enable residents to become contributors, through their uses and behaviors, of the ecological transition and the objective of carbon neutrality, at the building, district or city scale, by reducing their environmental footprint and by contributing to the ecological transition around five axes: food, travel, housing, protection of ecosystem health and consumption of goods and servicesSolido is a state-owned industrial and commercial public establishment whose mission is to ensure the delivery of works and the carrying out of the development operations necessary for the organization of the Olympic and Paralympic Games in Paris in 2024. in accordance with its mission as a developer, solido is leading discussions on the major challenges facing cities by 2050: the trajectory towards carbon neutrality, the integration of biodiversity in the city, adaptation to climate change , improving the quality of life and taking into account the health of citizens. in this context, the solido is launching a call for projects intended to generate innovative initiatives in order to imagine and design a global and integrative solution, capable of to make inhabitants and city dwellers committed players in the environmental transition. the ambition of this solution would be to enable residents to become contributors, through their uses and behaviors, of the ecological transition and the objective of carbon neutrality, at the building, district or city scale, by reducing their environmental footprint and by contributing to the ecological transition around five axes: food, travel, housing, protection of the health of ecosystems, and consumption of goods and services. this call for projects does not meet a need for the solido and is not a public order procedure. this solution will be intended to remain the property of the winner of the call for projects and to be able to be implemented wherever communities or public authorities wish to acquire a solution capable of supporting their environmental transition. where applicable, in agreement with the public authorities concerned, the winning operator will be able to implement the innovative solution on the site of the Olympic Village for the Paris 2024 Olympic Games.
