The bidder should have experience in civil engineering construction works, with a minimum annual financial turnover of 25% of the DNIT in any one year. They should also have completed works with a total value of at least 10% of the estimated cost of the package in the last five years. Additionally, the bidder should have achieved a minimum annual financial turnover of 60% of the DNIT value up to Rs. 200 Lakh and 75% of the DNIT value for more than Rs. 200 Lakh, in any one year. The bidder should have satisfactorily completed at least one similar work of value not less than 1/3 (one third) of the DNIT value. They should have executed in any one year, the minimum quantities of the major items of work as indicated, usually not less than 40% of the estimated quantity. The bidder should have completed similar work with a value of not less than 1/3 of the contract value. The cost of completed works of previous years shall be given weightage of 10% per year based on the rupee value to bring them to the present price level. The value of similar work should be 1/3rd of the respective value of work in the IFB, which is not less than one third of the contract value. The annual financial turnover amount is 60% of the DNIT value up to Rs. 200 Lakh and 75% of the DNIT value for more than Rs. 200 Lakh, in any one year of the respective value of work mentioned in IFB. The bidder's available bid capacity at the expected time of bidding should be more than the total bid value, calculated as Assessed available bid capacity = (A*N*2-B), where A is the maximum value of civil engineering works executed in any one year during the last five years, N is the number of years prescribed for completion of the works, and B is the value of existing commitments and ongoing works to be completed during the next financial year. The bidder should also have experience in similar works, with a value of at least 25% of the DNIT in any one year. The bidder should have a minimum of 10% of the notified contract value as credit facilities, certified by the bankers. The bidder should also have a financial annual turnover for the last five years, with a total value of civil engineering construction work performed, attached with certificates from the Engineer(s)-in-Charge. The bidder should provide information regarding their past experience with project names, specifically, they need to provide a certificate of executed quantities of work done in any one year of the last 5 (five) years. Key personnel, including the Project Manager, Site Engineer, Plant Engineer, Quantity Surveyor, and Soil & Material Engineer, should have relevant experience, with the Project Manager having at least 5-10 years of experience, and other personnel having at least 3-5 years of experience in their respective fields. However, specific details for some key personnel are as follows: - Project Manager: B.E. Civil + 3 to 5 Years Exp. - Site Engineer: B.E. Civil + 1 Years Exp. Or Diploma in Civil Engg + 3 years Exp - Plant Engineer: B.E. Mech. + 1 years Exp. Or Dip. Mech. + 5 years Exp. - Quantity Surveyor: B.E. Civil. + 1 years Exp. Or Dip. Civil. + 5 years Exp. - Soil & Material Engineer: B.E. Civil. + 1 years Exp. Or Dip. Civil. The bidder should not have abandoned any works under Public Works Roads Department nor should any contract for works under Public Works Roads Department have been rescinded in the last five years. The prospective bidder should demonstrate availability of key personnel with adequate experience and liquid assets and/or availability of credit facilities of not less than 10% of the estimated cost of the package. The bidder must demonstrate having experience and resources sufficient to meet the qualifying criteria for the individual contracts.
