The bidder is required to have prior work experience in works of a similar nature and size for each of the last five years. The total monetary value of civil construction work performed for each of the last five years should be provided. Specific requirements include: - Minimum annual financial turnover and value of completion of one similar work as prime contractor for the years 2019-2020, 2020-2021, 2021-2022, 2022-2023, and 2023-2024. - Executed quantities of work as prime contractor in the last five years, including items such as Earthwork, GSB, WBM/WMM, BM/DBM, BC/S, DBC, PILE/WELL, and RCC in superstructure and RCC. To qualify, the bidder should have: - Achieved a minimum annual financial turnover of 67% of the NIT value in any one year. - Satisfactorily completed at least one similar work of value not less than 1/3 (one third) of the contract value, with a completion rate of not less than 90% of the contract value. - Executed a minimum quantity of major items of work, usually not less than 40% of the estimated quantity. Additionally, the bidder should have access to or availability of credit facilities, which should be at least 10% of the notified contract value. They should also provide information on any litigation history, including the amount involved and the present status.
