The required prior work experience for the bidder includes several options. For the initial tender, the bidder should have completed work of a minimum value of 40% of the estimated amount put to tender during 5 years prior to the date of issue of the tender notice. Alternatively, the bidder should have completed 2 similar works, each of a minimum value of 30% of the estimated amount put to tender during 5 years prior to the date of issue of the tender notice. Another option is to have a single running work of a similar nature, which has been completed to the extent of 80% or more, with a value of not less than the desired value at the first option. For the 2nd Call of NIT, the bidder should produce credentials of a similar nature of completed work with the following options: a minimum value of 30% of the estimated amount put to tender during 5 years prior to the date of issue of the tender notice, 2 similar nature of completed works, each of the minimum value of 25% of the estimated amount put to tender during 5 years prior to the date of issue of the tender notice, or one single running work of similar nature which has been completed to the extent of 75% or more and value of which is not less than the desired value at the first option. For the 3rd call of NIT, the bidder should produce credentials of similar nature of completed work with the following options: a minimum value of 20% of the estimated amount put to tender during 5 years prior to the date of issue of the tender notice, or one single running work of similar nature which has been completed to the extent of 70% or more and value of which is not less than the desired value at the first option. The percentages mentioned for similar works completed are 40%, 30%, 25%, 80%, 75%, and 20%. Additionally, 70% completion is also mentioned for running works. The value is mentioned as 25.00 crore and above, and up to Rs. 25.00 lakh for running account bill payments.
