The required prior work experience for the bidder includes: * Satisfactory completion of at least one similar work of value not less than 1/3 (one third) of the DNIT value, with a completion rate of not less than 90% of contract value. * Execution of minimum quantities of major items of work, usually not less than 40% of the estimated quantity, in any one year. * A minimum annual financial turnover of 67% of the DNIT value, in all classes of civil engineering construction works only, in any one year. The bidder should have experience in the following areas: - Civil Engineering Construction work - Work of a similar nature as the project being bid on - Main items of work described in the bid document, such as E/W, GSB, WBM/WMM, BM/DBM, SDBC/BC, ICBP, OGPC, RCC. The bidder should have completed similar works in the last 5 years, with a value of remaining work as on the date of submission of Bid. The value and percentage of similar works completed are as follows: - Value: not less than 1/3 (one third) of the DNIT value - Percentage: not less than 90% of contract value Additionally, the bidder's key personnel are required to have certain years of experience, as follows: * Project Manager: 5 to 7 years of experience * Site Engineer: 3 years of experience (with B.E. Civil) or 5 years of experience (with Diploma in Civil Engg) * Soil & Material Engineer: 3 years of experience (with B.E. Civil) or 7 years of experience (with Dip. Civil) * Quantity Surveyor: No specific years of experience mentioned
