Civil or 5 years Exp. after Dip. Civil - Soil & Material Engineer: 1 years Exp. after B.E. Civil or 5 years Exp. after Dip. Civil The bidder should have completed similar work with a value of at least 1/3rd of the respective value of work. The annual financial turnover amount should be 67% of the DNIT value in any one year. Additionally, there is a relaxation in the qualification criteria for unemployed Graduate/Diploma Engineers, where the minimum annual financial turnover requirement is relaxed to 25% of the DNIT. The bidder should also have executed a minimum quantity of major items of work, usually not less than 40% of the estimated quantity, in any one year. The cost of completed works of previous years shall be given weightage of 10% per year based on the rupee value to bring them to the present price level. The bidder must undertake to invest a minimum cash amount up to 25% of the value of the work during the implementation of the contract.
