The required prior work experience for the bidder includes: - Project Manager: 3 to 5 Years Exp. after B.E. Civil - Site Engineer: 1 Years Exp. after B.E. Civil or 3 years Exp. after Diploma in Civil Engg - Plant Engineer: 1 years Exp. after B.E. Mech. or 5 years Exp. after Dip. Mech. - Quantity Surveyor: 1 years Exp. after B.E. Civil or 5 years Exp. after Dip. Civil - Soil & Material Engineer: 1 years Exp. after B.E. Civil or 5 years Exp. after Dip. Civil The value and percentage of similar works completed are as follows: - A minimum of 1/3 (one third) of the DNIT value, with a completion rate of not less than 90% of the contract value. - The bidder should have executed, in any one year, the minimum quantities of major items of work, usually not less than 40% of the estimated quantity. - The bidder should have a minimum annual financial turnover of 67% of the DNIT value in any one year. - The bidder should have completed similar work with a value of at least 1/3rd of the respective value of work. - The annual financial turnover amount should be 67% of the DNIT value in any one year of the respective value of work. - The bidder should undertake to invest a minimum cash amount of up to 25% of the value of the work during the implementation of the contract. - Liquid assets and/or availability of credit facilities of not less than 10% of the estimated cost of the package.
