The required prior work experience for the bidder includes experience in eligible similar nature of work during the last seven years, with a maximum score of 30 marks in the evaluation criteria. The bidder should have satisfactorily completed 3 works under Central Govt./ State Govt. organization/ Central Public Sector Undertaking within the country during the last 3 years ending last day of submission of bid. The estimated cost of similar works should be at least 80% of the estimated cost of the project. The value of executed works shall be brought to current costing level by enhancing the actual value of work done at a simple rate of 7% per annum. The bidder should have average annual financial turnover (gross) of Rs. 15,00,00,000/- on construction works during the last three consecutive years ending March 2024, which is also equivalent to a minimum average annual financial turnover (gross) of 80% on contract value of construction works during the last three consecutive years ending March 2024. Additionally, the bidder's performance in similar works will be evaluated based on the quality of work, and they should provide information on the stipulated date of completion, actual date of completion, and whether a case of levy of compensation for delay has been decided or not. If decided, the amount of compensation levied for delayed completion should be provided. The qualified similar works may be physically inspected to ascertain the completion, performance, and quality of works for finalizing technical bids. Specific details to be provided include name of work/project and location, owner or sponsoring organization, cost of work in Rs., date of commencement as per contract, stipulated date of completion, actual date of completion/percentage of work completed, and other relevant information.
