The required prior work experience for the bidder includes: * Work performed as prime Contractor or Sub-Contractor or Management Contractor on construction works of a similar nature and volume over the last five years. * Specific Construction and Contract Management Experience. * Construction Experience in Key Activities. * Specific Experience in Managing ES aspects. The value and percentage of similar works completed are mentioned in the following formats: * Total Contract Amount (Rs) * Quantity (Volume, number or rate of production, as applicable) performed under the contract per year or part of the year in the last 5 years * Percentage participation * Actual Quantity Performed (i) x (ii) Specifically, the bidder must have: * Project Manager cum Bridge Engineer: 10 years * Assistant Bridge Engineer: 5 years * Assistant Road Engineer: 5 years (for degree holders) and 5 years (for diploma holders) * Environment, Health and Safety Engineer: 5 years * Socialist Specialist/Labour Specialist: 5 years Additionally, the bidder must demonstrate that they have completed similar works with a minimum value of 40% of the bid price in the last 5 years. The bidder must also have: * Successful completion of 38 MT of steel reinforcement in one or more contracts in any one year of the last five years between 1st April 2019 and 31st March 2024. * Successful completion of a minimum 120 Rm depth of pile in one or more contracts/projects in any one year of the last five years between 1st April 2019 and 31st March 2024. * Successful completion of 324 cum of RCC work in one or more contracts/projects in any year of the last five years between 1st April 2019 and 31st March 2024. The value of similar works completed is also mentioned as: * A minimum average annual construction turnover of Rs. 187.24 lakhs (Rupees One Hundred Eighty Seven Lakh Twenty Four Thousand) only in civil engineering construction work, calculated as total certified payments received for contracts in progress and completed within the last five financial years. The percentage of similar works completed is mentioned as: * 40% of the bid price in the last 5 years. The amount of similar works completed is mentioned as: * Rs. 31.21 Lakh (Rupees Thirty One Lakh Twenty One Thousand) only for the subject contract(s) net of the Bidder’s other commitments.
