The required prior work experience for the bidder includes: * For the Project Manager cum Bridge Engineer: 10 years of experience, with at least 8 years of relevant work experience in a similar position. * For the Assistant Bridge Engineer: 5 years of experience, with at least 3 years of relevant work experience in a similar position. * For the Assistant Road Engineer: 5 years of experience, with at least 3 years of relevant work experience in a similar position for degree holders, and 5 years for diploma holders. * For the Environment, Health and Safety Engineer: 5 years of experience, with at least 3 years of relevant work experience in a similar position. * For the Socialist Specialist/Labour Specialist: 5 years of experience, with at least 3 years of relevant work experience in a similar position. Additionally, the bidder should have experience of substantial completion of at least one similar work of value not less than Rs. 176.41 Lakhs in the role of prime contractor in the last five financial years. The bidder should also have a minimum construction experience in specific key activities, including successful completion of 49.36 MT of steel reinforcement, a minimum 121.60 Rm depth of a minimum 1200 mm dia pile, and 415.56 cum of RCC work in one or more contracts/projects in any one year of the last five years. The bidder is also required to provide information on the value and percentage of similar works completed, including Total Contract Amount, Quantity performed under the contract per year, Total quantity in the contract, Percentage participation, and Actual Quantity Performed. The value will be updated to the price level of the financial year 2024-25 at a rate of 5% per year. The bidder should have a minimum average annual construction turnover of Rs. 220.51 Lakhs in at least two of the last five financial years in civil engineering construction work.
