Additionally, the bid capacity can be determined by considering the annual financial turnover, value of similar work, liquid assets or availability of credit facilities, and other factors. The specific formulas for these factors are: 1. Annual financial turnover: 67% of the respective value of work.
2. Value of similar work: 1/3rd of the respective value of work (not less than one-third of the contract value).

The required prior work experience for the bidder includes:
- Completion of one similar work as a prime contractor
- Minimum annual financial turnover of 67% of the respective value of work mentioned in the bid document
- Completion of a similar work of value not less than 1/3 (one third) of the contract value
- Completion rate of not less than 90% of the contract value
- Execution of a minimum quantity of major items of work, usually not less than 40% of the estimated quantity The value and percentage of similar works completed are:
