The bidder should have experience in civil engineering construction works and demonstrate having completed works with a value of at least 25% of the DNIT in any one year, with a weightage of 10% per year for previous years' works. The bidder should have achieved a minimum annual financial turnover of 60% of the DNIT value up to Rs. 200 Lakh and 75% of the DNIT value for more than Rs. 200 Lakh, in any one year. The bidder should have also satisfactorily completed at least one similar work of value not less than 1/3 (one third) of the DNIT value, with a completion rate of not less than 90% of the contract value. Additionally, the bidder should have executed in any one year, the minimum quantities of the major items of work, usually not less than 40% of the estimated quantity. The bidder should have a minimum of 10% of the estimated cost of the package in liquid assets and/or availability of credit facilities. The value of similar work completed should be at least 1/3rd of the respective value of work mentioned in the IFB, which is not less than one third of the contract value. The cost of completed works of previous years shall be given weightage of 10% per year based on the rupee value to bring them to the present price level. The bidder should also have experience in a single similar nature of work performed as a prime contractor, with a relaxation in this clause for unemployed Graduate/Diploma Engineers of Assam. For key personnel, the required prior work experience is as follows: - Project Manager: B.E. Civil + 3 to 5 Years Exp. - Site Engineer: B.E. Civil + 1 Years Exp. Or Diploma in Civil Engg + 3 years Exp - Plant Engineer: B.E. Mech. + 1 years Exp. Or Dip. Mech. + 5 years Exp. - Quantity Surveyor: B.E. Civil. + 1 years Exp. Or Dip. Civil. + 5 years Exp. - Soil & Material Engineer: B.E. Civil. + 1 years Exp. Or Dip. Civil. The annual financial turnover amount is 60% of the DNIT value up to Rs. 200 Lakh and 75% of the DNIT value for more than Rs. 200 Lakh, in any one year of the respective value of work mentioned in IFB. The value of similar work is 1/3rd of the respective value of work in IFB, which should not be less than one third of the contract value.
