The required prior work experience for the bidder includes: - Project Manager: 3 to 5 Years Exp. after B.E. Civil - Site Engineer: 1 Years Exp. after B.E. Civil or 3 years Exp. after Diploma in Civil Engg - Plant Engineer: 1 years Exp. after B.E. Mech or 5 years Exp. after Dip. Mech - Quantity Surveyor: 1 years Exp. after B.E. Civil or 5 years Exp. after Dip. Civil - Soil & Material Engineer: 1 years Exp. after B.E. Civil or 5 years Exp. after Dip. Civil The bidder should have completed similar works with a value of not less than 1/3 (one third) of the DNIT value, with a completion rate of not less than 90% of the contract value. Additionally, the bidder should have: - Achieved a minimum annual financial turnover of 67% of the DNIT value in any one year. - Executed, in any one year, the minimum quantities of major items of work as indicated, usually not less than 40% of the estimated quantity. - Had liquid assets and/or availability of credit facilities of not less than 10% of the estimated cost of the package. There is also a relaxation in the qualification criteria for unemployed Graduate/Diploma Engineers, where the minimum annual financial turnover requirement is relaxed to 25% of the DNIT. The bidder is required to undertake an investment of minimum cash up to 25% of the value of the work during the implementation of the contract. The bidder should provide evidence of access to financial resources, including cash in hand, lines of credit, and other support documents, with a minimum of 10% access to credit facilities.
