The required prior work experience for the bidder includes: - Project Manager: 3 to 5 Years Exp. after B.E. Civil - Site Engineer: 1 Years Exp. after B.E. Civil or 3 years Exp. after Diploma in Civil Engg - Plant Engineer: 1 years Exp. after B.E. Mech. or 5 years Exp. after Dip. Mech. - Quantity Surveyor: 1 years Exp. after B.E. Civil or 5 years Exp. after Dip. Civil - Soil & Material Engineer: 1 years Exp. after B.E. Civil or 5 years Exp. after Dip. Civil The value and percentage of similar works completed are: - Completed at least one similar work of value not less than 1/3 (one third) of the DNIT value, with a completion rate of not less than 90% of the contract value. - Executed, in any one year, the minimum quantities of major items of work, usually not less than 40% of the estimated quantity. - Achieved a minimum annual financial turnover of 67% of the DNIT value in any one year. - Had liquid assets and/or availability of credit facilities of not less than 10% of the estimated cost of the package. - Minimum annual financial turnover of 25% of the DNIT in any one year, with a weightage of 10% per year based on the rupee value to bring them to the present price level.
