Tenders are invited for Supply and installation of solar-powered lighting units and poles for several streets - Salh District - M / Tai Primary insurance (dollars) 5,000 The Republic of Yemen, through the Public Works Project, received a grant from the European Union within the Program for Strengthening Institutional and Economic Resilience in Yemen ( SIERY ) through the United Nations Development Program ( UNDP ) to provide institutional support to local authorities in a number of governorates of the Republic of Yemen. The contractor must fill out the required data in the contract document, sign, stamp and attach it. Attached to each bid is an unconditional bank guarantee and in the same format set out in the tender documents . It must be in US dollars. It will not accept any other currency, as shown in front of each project, valid for 90 days, or a check accepted for payment. The name of the project, the subject of the tender, and the name of the contractor in favor of the Public Works Project, with a copy of the valid tax card, insurance and zakat card, and a list of projects that the contractor has previously implemented, preferably those with previous experience, and the project is not obligated to accept the lowest prices or give more than one project to one contractor without giving reasons .
