To be eligible to bid, prospective bidders must meet one of the following criteria regarding prior work experience within the five years prior to the tender notice date: * They must have completed similar work totaling at least Rs. 2,38,024.00. * They must have completed two similar works, each valued at a minimum of Rs. 1,58,682.00. * They must have completed at least 80% of a single similar ongoing project with a value no less than Rs. 2,38,024.00. A certificate from the relevant Executive Engineer or equivalent authority confirming satisfactory progress and the absence of any penalties is required for ongoing projects. Payment certificates are not considered valid credentials. Only certificates issued by a State/Central Government, State/Central Government undertaking, or Statutory/Autonomous body will be accepted. The certificate must clearly state the executed value, project completion date, and client's contact information.
