The required prior work experience for the bidder includes having satisfactorily completed similar works as a prime contractor within the last five years. The bidder should have completed at least one similar work of value not less than 80% of the amount put to tender, or at least two similar works of value not less than 50% of the amount put to tender, or at least three similar works of value not less than 40% of the amount put to tender at the 2024-25 price level. The bidder should also have achieved a maximum annual financial turnover of not less than 631.00 lakhs in any one year during the last five years. Additionally, the bidder should have executed minimum quantities of work, including 1465.000 CUM of SOLING, 977.000 CUM of D.L.C, and 1661.000 CUM of CC M-30 TREMIX in any one year during the last five years. These quantities are approximately 30% of the tendered quantity. The bidder is required to provide details of works of similar type and magnitude carried out during the last five years, including the name of the work, name and address of the organization, place and country, agreement number and date, date of commencement, tendered cost, total cost of work done, actual date of completion, and remarks. The bid capacity is calculated based on the highest amount of work done in any one year out of the last five years and the total cost of works in hand, using the formula (A*N*2)-B, where A is the highest amount of work done in any one year, N is a multiplying factor for updating, and B is the total cost of works in hand. The bidder must have completed similar works with a value that can be used to calculate the bid capacity. The bidder must provide details of the quantities of work executed during the last five years, including the year, agreement number, quantity of work performed, and remarks, along with documentary proof of the quantities of work executed.
