The required prior work experience for the bidder includes having successfully completed similar works during the last 7 years. The similar works should meet one of the following conditions:
- Three similar works each costing not less than Rs.577.48 L (40%) of the estimated cost of the project
- Two similar works each costing not less than Rs.721.85 L (50%) of the estimated cost of the project
- One similar work costing not less than Rs.1154.96 L (80%) of the estimated cost of the project.
The value of executed works shall be brought to current costing level by enhancing the actual value of work done at a simple rate of 7% per annum. The estimated cost of the project is Rs.1443.70 L.
