The required prior work experience for the bidder includes: - Three similar works each costing not less than Rs. 288.74L (40%) of the estimated cost of the project - OR two similar works each costing not less than Rs. 360.93L (50%) of the estimated cost of the project - OR one similar work costing not less than Rs. 577.48L (80%) of the estimated cost of the project. The values and percentages of similar works completed are: - 40% of the estimated cost of the project, which is Rs. 288.74L for three similar works - 50% of the estimated cost of the project, which is Rs. 360.93L for two similar works - 80% of the estimated cost of the project, which is Rs. 577.48L for one similar work. The estimated cost of the project is Rs.721.85 L. Similar Work means “Project Comprising Civil Constructions works of any Multistoried RCC Framed Structure above Ground level (Basement will not be counted as storey) including finishing works, water supply, drainage & sanitary installations, electrical (Internal & External) works, Firefighting, etc. under Central Govt. / State Govt. organization/ Central Public Sector Undertaking within the country executed under one agreement. The bidder should have satisfactorily 100% completed similar works during the last 7 years ending previous day of last date of submission of tenders.
