The required prior work experience for the bidder includes completing similar works of certain values. The bidder must have completed either: i) three similar works, each of value not less than 40% of the estimated cost of the project, which is Rs.288.74 L, or ii) two similar works, each of value not less than 50% of the estimated cost of the project, which is Rs.360.925 L, or iii) one similar work of value not less than 80% of the estimated cost of the project, which is Rs.577.48 L. Additionally, the bidder should have satisfactorily 100% completed similar works during the last 7 years. The bidder should also have completed similar works under one agreement, with values brought to the current costing level by enhancing the actual value of work done at a simple rate of 7% per annum. The required prior work experience also includes completing similar works with certain values, such as: i) one similar completed work of value not less than 100% of the Specialized works, or ii) two similar completed works each of value not less than 50% of the Specialized works, or iii) one similar completed work of value not less than 80% of the Specialized works. A separate MOU has to be signed with each of the specialized works with either OEMS or with specialized agencies who have the credentials of executing either one work of 80% value or two work of 50% value or three works of 40% value of the corresponding component of the specialized work in the last seven years.
