The required prior work experience for the bidder includes having successfully completed 100% of similar works (Video Conferencing system) during the last 5 years. The requirements are as follows: - Three similar works each costing not less than Rs. 87,73,286.00, which is 40% of the estimated cost of the project. - OR - Two similar works each costing not less than Rs. 1,09,66,608.00, which is 50% of the estimated cost of the project. - OR - One similar work costing not less than Rs. 1,75,46,573.00, which is 80% of the estimated cost of the project. Additionally, the bidder should have experience in Electrical Engineering works, with the maximum value of Electrical Engineering works executed during the last five years being considered. The bidder is also required to provide information on their experience in Electrical Engineering construction work, including total value of work performed in the last five years, details of work performed, and quantities of work executed. A percentage of 20 percent is mentioned, representing the Employer's additional cost for completing the Works, in case the Contractor does not complete the Works. However, this percentage is not directly related to the bidder's prior work experience.
