The bidder should have completed similar works with the following values: - Three similar works each costing not less than Rs.577.48 L (40%) of the estimated cost of the project - Two similar works each costing not less than Rs.721.85 L (50%) of the estimated cost of the project - One similar work costing not less than Rs.1154.96 L (80%) of the estimated cost of the project. The bidder should have satisfactorily 100% completed the works under Central Govt./ State Govt. organization/ Central Public Sector Undertaking within the country as mentioned below during the last 7 (Seven) years ending previous day of last date of submission of tenders. The bidder should have experience in similar class of work, with the following evaluation criteria: - Experience in eligible similar nature of work during last Seven years is given a maximum of 20 Marks. - The bidder should furnish a list of all works of similar nature successfully completed during the last Seven years. - Performance reports corresponding to work mentioned are also required. - The average value of performance of works for time overrun and quality shall be taken on the basis of performance report of the eligible similar works. - For evaluation of experience, 60% marks are given for minimum eligibility criteria, 100% marks for twice the minimum eligibility criteria or more, and in between on pro-rata basis. - The bidder must secure at least 50% marks in each section, including experience in similar nature of work, and 60% marks in aggregate to become eligible for short listing.
