2. Two similar works: 2 * 0.5 * Estimated Cost = 2 * 455.874945 L
3. One similar work: 1 * 0.8 * Estimated Cost = 1 * 729.399912 L Where Estimated Cost = Rs. 911.74989 L. Additionally, the bidding capacity of the contractor should be equal to or more than Rs. 911.74989 L and can be calculated using the formula: Bidding Capacity = {[AxNx2]-B} The financial eligibility criteria also state that the bidder should have had an average annual financial turnover (gross) of Rs.455.87495 L (50% of Estimate Cost put to Tender) on construction works during the last three consecutive years ending March 2024. The bidding capacity of the contractor should also be equal to or more than Rs. 455.87495 L (50% of Estimate cost put to tender).

The required prior work experience for the bidder includes having successfully 100% completed similar works during the last 7 years. The similar works should be of the following values and percentages: - Three similar works each costing not less than Rs. 364.69996 L (40%) of the estimated cost of the project - Two similar works each costing not less than Rs. 455.87495 L (50%) of the estimated cost of the project - One similar work costing not less than Rs. 729.39991 L (80%) of the estimated cost of the project. The estimated cost put to tender is Rs. 911.74989 L. Additionally, the bidder should have a minimum experience as specified in the qualification requirements for technical representatives, which includes:
- Graduate Architect: 10 years of experience
- Graduate Engineer (Civil): 7 years of experience
- Graduate Engineer (MEP): 7 years of experience
- Diploma Engineer (Civil): 7 or 10 years of experience
- Diploma Engineer (MEP): 7 or 10 years of experience The value of executed works shall be brought to the current costing level by enhancing the actual value of work done at a simple rate of 7% per annum, calculated from the date of completion to the last date of submission of bids.
