The required prior work experience for the bidder includes: - Project Manager: B.E Civil + 7 Yrs Exp. as Manager - Site Engineer (Civil): B.E Civil + 5 Yrs Exp. Or Dip. Civil + 7 years Exp. - Site Engineer (Mechanical): B.E Civil + 5 Yrs Exp. Or Dip. Civil + 7 years Exp. - Site Engineer (Electrical): B.E Elect. + 5 Yrs Exp. Or Dip. Elect. + 7 years Exp. - Quality Control Engineer: B.E Civil + 3 years Exp. Or, Dip. Civil + 5 Years Exp. The bidder should have satisfactorily completed works under Central Govt./ State Govt. organization/ Central Public Sector Undertaking within the country during the last 7 years. The experience of having successfully completed similar works should be either of the following: - Three similar works each costing not less than Rs. 98,76,711.00 (40% of the estimated cost put to tender) - Two similar works each costing not less than Rs. 1,48,15,066.00 (60% of the estimated cost put to tender) - One similar work costing not less than Rs. 1,97,53,422.00 (80% of the estimated cost put to tender) The bidder should also possess valid license for executing electrical and other allied works of the project and should have executed similar electrical works under Govt./Semi Govt./ PSU etc. for a minimum amount of 40% of electrification works as indicated in Appendix-I during the last 5 years ending last day of submission of tender in a single job. The available bid capacity is calculated based on the maximum value of civil engineering works executed during the last five years, taking into account completed as well as works in progress. The assessed available bid capacity is calculated as (A X N X 2 - B), where A is the maximum value of civil engineering works executed during the last five years, N is the number of years prescribed for completion of the works, and B is the value of existing commitments and on-going works to be completed during the next 12 months. The bidder's available bid capacity must be more than the total bid value. The bidder's experience and resources will be evaluated based on their compliance with the qualifying criteria, and their ability to demonstrate sufficient experience and resources to complete the contract. The bidder's past performance, including their record of completing similar works, will also be considered. The bidder's record of poor performance, including abandoning works, not properly completing contracts, inordinate delays, litigation history, or financial failures, will also be considered. The required percentage of similar works completed is mentioned as 40%, 60%, and 80% of the estimated cost put to tender for different scenarios. The amount of similar works completed is also mentioned as Rs. 98,76,711.00, Rs. 1,48,15,066.00, and Rs. 1,97,53,422.00 for different scenarios.
