The required prior work experience for the bidder includes completion of similar works during the last seven years. The similar work is defined as "Project Comprising Civil Constructions works of any Multistoried RCC Framed Structure above Ground level (Basement will not be counted as storey) including finishing works, water supply, drainage & sanitary installations, electrical works, Firefighting, Lifts etc. under Central Govt./ State Govt. organization/ Central Public Sector Undertaking". The bidder should have satisfactorily 100% completed works under Central Govt./ State Govt. organization/ Central Public Sector Undertaking within the last 7 years. The required prior work experience includes: - Three similar works each costing not less than Rs.288.74 L (40%) of the estimated cost of the project - Two similar works each costing not less than Rs.360.925 L (50%) of the estimated cost of the project - One similar work costing not less than Rs.577.48 L (80%) of the estimated cost of the project. The bidder needs to provide details of eligible similar nature of works completed, including the name of the work/project and location, owner or sponsoring organization, cost of work in Rs. in Crores, and other relevant information. The bidder should furnish the List of eligible similar nature of works successfully completed during the last Seven years in (Form "C"). The evaluation criteria for experience in similar class of work is as follows: 60% marks for minimum eligibility criteria, 100% marks for twice the minimum eligibility criteria or more, and in between (i) & (ii)- on pro-rata basis. The bidder's performance on works, including Time Over Run (TOR) and quality of work, will also be evaluated. The quality of work will be evaluated based on the assessment in Form D, with a maximum of 40 marks: - 40 marks for outstanding work, - 30 marks for very good work, - 20 marks for good work, - 0 marks for poor work. The bidder should submit certified copies of the tax deducted at source certificate (TDS) along with the experience certificate, and the TDS amount should tally with the actual amount of work done. To become eligible for shortlisting, the bidder must secure at least 50% marks in each section (financial strength, experience, time overrun, and quality of work) and 60% marks in aggregate, with a total of 100 marks. The bidder should have average annual financial turnover (gross) of Rs. 360.925 L (50% of Estimate Cost put to Tender) on construction works during the last three consecutive years ending March 2024. The bidding capacity of the contractor should be equal to or more than Rs. 721.85 L, which is the estimated cost of the work put to tender. The value of executed works shall be brought to current costing level by enhancing the actual value of work done at a simple rate of 7% per annum; calculated from the date of completion to the last date of submission of bids. The bidder should have completed similar works with a value that can be used to calculate the bidding capacity. The bidder is also required to submit a Performance Report of Works (FORM 'D') which includes details such as the name of the firm, name of the work/project, agreement number, completion cost, date of start, date of actual completion, and performance report (quality of work). The performance report includes an evaluation of the quality of work, financial soundness, technical proficiency, resourcefulness, and general behavior, with ratings of Outstanding, Very Good, Good, or Poor. The bidder should have satisfactorily 100% completed works under Central Govt./ State Govt. organization/ Central Public Sector Undertaking within the last 7 years. The required prior work experience for the bidder includes completion of similar works during the last seven years ending on the previous day of the last date of submission of the tender.
