Work performed as prime contractor or as a nominated sub-contractor in the last five years, with details such as name of employer, description of work, contract number, value of contract, and dates of completion. 6. Quantities of work executed as prime contractor or as a nominated sub-contractor in the last seven years, with details such as year, name of work, name of employer, and quantity of work performed. 7. Experience of having successfully completed works during the last five years, with a minimum number of similar completed works, such as: - Three similar completed works, each costing not less than 40% of the estimated cost. - Two similar completed works, each costing not less than 60% of the estimated cost. - One similar completed work costing not less than 80% of the estimated cost. 8. Experience in executing similar works, including construction of buildings with a minimum number of storeys, such as: - For buildings with seven to ten storeys, completion of at least one building of five storeys or balance construction work up to five storeys. - For buildings with more than ten storeys, completion of at least one building of eight storeys or balance construction work up to eight storeys. 9. Execution of similar electrical works under Govt./Semi Govt./PSU for a minimum amount of 40% of electrification works during the last five years. 10. Execution of similar Fire-fighting and other allied works under Govt./Semi Govt./PSU for a minimum amount of 40% of the works during the last five years.
