The required prior work experience for the bidder includes having successfully completed similar works during the last 7 years, specifically in civil constructions of multistoried RCC framed structures. The similar works should be of a certain value, which is specified as follows: - One similar work costing not less than Rs. 10,24,61,067.00 (80% of the estimated cost of the project) - Two similar works each costing not less than Rs. 6,40,38,167.00 (50% of the estimated cost of the project) - Three similar works each costing not less than Rs. 5,12,30,534.00 (40% of the estimated cost of the project) The bidder should have satisfactorily completed similar works under Central Govt./ State Govt. organization/ Central Public Sector Undertaking within the last 7 years. The value of executed works shall be brought to current costing level by enhancing the actual value of work done at a simple rate of 7% per annum, calculated from the date of completion to the last date of submission of bids. The bidder needs to provide details of all works of a similar class completed during this period, including the name of the work, location, owner or sponsoring organization, gross amount, dates of commencement and completion, and any pending litigation or arbitration. The information is to be provided in FORM 'C' and the performance report of the works referred to in FORM 'C' is required in FORM 'D'.
