The required prior work experience for the bidder includes:
- Three similar works each costing not less than Rs.288.74 L (40%) of the estimated cost of the project
- Two similar works each costing not less than Rs.360.925 L (50%) of the estimated cost of the project
- One similar work costing not less than Rs.577.48 L (80%) of the estimated cost of the project. Similar work is defined as a project comprising civil constructions works of any multistoried RCC framed structure above ground level, including finishing works, water supply, drainage & sanitary installations, electrical works, firefighting, lifts, etc. The bidder should have satisfactorily 100% completed similar works during the last 7 years.
