The required prior work experience for the bidder is as follows: - The bidder should have satisfactorily completed similar works during the last 7 years ending previous day of last date of submission of tenders. - Three similar works each costing not less than Rs. 1,27,43,600.00 (40% of the estimated cost of the project) - Two similar works each costing not less than Rs. 1,59,29,500.00 (50% of the estimated cost of the project) - One similar work costing not less than Rs. 2,54,87,200.00 (80% of the estimated cost of the project) - The bidder should have completed Electrical works of similar nature worth Rs.20.50 lakh (Rupees twenty lakh fifty thousand) only. Additionally, the bidder should have experience in works of a similar nature and size for each of the last seven years. The bidder must provide information on the total value of civil engineering construction work performed in the last seven years, with specific values for each year from 2018-2019 to 2024-2025.
